At Ursus Arctos Group, our work starts solo — led by the founder — and expands through strategic outsourcing and temporary contracts.Current Structure: Founder-led execution on all projects, using AI, freelancers, and part-time support where needed.Hiring Philosophy: Flexible temporary or permanent contracts, open to talent across Canada. All team members must share our core values: creativity, accountability, and impact-driven action.Future Team Vision: Micro-teams for each venture, supported by shared operational systems for finance, marketing, logistics, and technology.
